1. Recruiting communications

Transportation Code LLC helps CDL drivers explore opportunities with independent trucking companies. Our recruiting team and representatives acting on our behalf may contact you about your application, driving preferences, qualifications, available roles, interview scheduling, application progress, and recruiting follow-up.

Depending on your choices, communication may include phone calls, voicemail, email, and SMS/text messages. This program concerns driver recruiting and job opportunities.

2. Your consent and choices

Submitting an application does not automatically enroll you in text messaging. You may choose to receive recruiting calls and texts using the single, optional, unchecked consent checkbox on our application form.

If you select this checkbox, you authorize Transportation Code LLC to call you and send recurring recruiting texts to the number you provide about your application and driving opportunities. Texts may be sent using automated technology.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying, employment, or purchasing goods or services. You may apply without selecting this checkbox; we can follow up by email. This consent does not authorize prerecorded or artificial-voice calls or unrelated third-party marketing.

You confirm that the contact details you provide are yours or that you are authorized to use them. Please let us know if your number changes.

3. Communication frequency

Message and call frequency varies with your application, available opportunities, your preferences, and conversations with our team. We do not promise a fixed number of communications.

4. Message and data rates

Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Ask your carrier about your plan and any applicable charges.

5. How to stop calls or texts

Texts: Reply STOP to any recruiting text to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Further recruiting texts will stop unless you choose to opt in again. You may also request an opt-out by emailing us.

Calls: Tell the recruiter you do not want further calls, or email mirko@transportationcode.com with your request and the number concerned. You may ask to stop both calls and texts.

7. Recruiting and employment

Transportation Code LLC provides recruiting support; the hiring motor carrier makes its own hiring decisions. An application or conversation is not a job offer or a guarantee of placement.

Pay, miles, home time, benefits, equipment, qualifications, and position availability depend on the individual carrier and role. Confirm the complete offer directly with the hiring carrier before accepting a position.

8. Driver application privacy notice

Information you provide. Our driver inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email, state, driving experience, route and work preferences, and communication choices. We also maintain application correspondence and consent/opt-out records.

How we use it. We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate using your selected channels, identify potential driving opportunities, coordinate recruiting, maintain records, and respond to your requests.

Recruiting referrals. After discussing a particular opportunity with you and obtaining your permission, we may provide the relevant application information to that carrier for its recruiting process. The carrier’s own privacy practices apply to information it receives.

Service providers. Providers supporting our forms, email, phone, messaging, and application records may process information for us as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information when required by law.

Mobile information and consent. We do not sell your mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Providers that deliver the messaging service on our behalf may process this information for that purpose.

Retention and requests. We retain application and communication records as needed for recruiting, managing your choices, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to change your communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out.

Scope. This notice covers the driver application and recruiting communications described here. If advertising pixels, analytics, or other tracking are added to the page, the applicable website privacy and cookie disclosures must also describe them.

9. Wireless carrier and delivery limitations

Text delivery depends on your carrier, network, and device. Delivery and timing cannot be guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms and will identify the revised date on this page. Changes do not override an opt-out or expand your consent without obtaining any additional permission required.
