1. About Transportation Code LLC
Transportation Code LLC provides CDL driver recruiting, lead generation, marketing, and recruiting support for trucking companies. We also help drivers explore roles with independent motor carriers.
We do not operate the trucks associated with those opportunities. Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, the hiring carrier—not Transportation Code LLC—is responsible for the employment or contractor relationship with the driver.
If you purchase services from us, your signed agreement, order, or accepted proposal governs the commercial scope, fees, billing, cancellation, and any expressly agreed guarantees. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
2. Who may use this website
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a recruiting inquiry through this website. You must provide your own accurate information, or have authority to act for the person or business whose information you submit.
Being eligible to use the website does not establish eligibility for a driving job. License, age, experience, endorsements, and other requirements depend on the role, the carrier, and applicable rules.
3. Applications and recruiting support
A driver form is an initial inquiry. Submitting it does not create an employment agreement or guarantee an interview, placement, a particular rate of pay, miles, home time, benefits, or equipment.
Our team may review your preferences and discuss possible matches. Each carrier evaluates candidates and makes its own hiring decisions. An opportunity may require additional applications, interviews, or checks directly with that carrier.
4. Your responsibilities
Please submit truthful, current information and let us know when material details change. You must not use this website to impersonate someone, submit fraudulent applications, send spam, distribute harmful code, collect other users’ information without permission, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
We may reject abusive or fraudulent submissions and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our services.
5. Job descriptions and advertised information
Recruiting information may come from hiring carriers. Openings, pay structures, routes, equipment, home time, benefits, and qualification requirements can change. We aim to present information accurately, but an advertised opportunity may no longer be available when you inquire.
Before accepting a position or signing an agreement, confirm the complete terms directly with the carrier. Any example, estimate, or past recruiting result is not a promise of the same outcome for another driver or company.
6. Independent carriers
Carriers and other hiring businesses operate independently. They set their hiring standards, compensation, operating policies, assignments, safety practices, and employment or contractor terms.
Questions or disputes about a carrier’s offer, pay, working conditions, or hiring decision should be raised with that carrier. Nothing in these terms removes any responsibility that applicable law places on Transportation Code LLC for its own conduct.
7. Website content and branding
Website text, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to Transportation Code LLC or their respective owners or licensors. You may view the website and keep a copy for your personal use or evaluation of our services.
Other reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or modification requires the relevant owner’s permission, except where permitted by law. Access to the website does not grant ownership of its content or permission to use our branding.
8. Website limitations and liability
The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, an error-free website, or that general information will meet every user’s needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Transportation Code LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any non-waivable statutory rights, and does not override an express obligation in a separate written service agreement.
9. Third-party links and services
We may link to carrier websites, service providers, or other third parties. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse all of the destination’s content.
Review the relevant third party’s terms before providing information, purchasing services, or entering an agreement.
10. Privacy, calls, and text messages
Our Driver Privacy Notice explains how information submitted through the driver application is used in recruiting. We discuss a particular opportunity with you and obtain your permission before referring your relevant application information to that carrier, as described in that notice.
Recruiting calls and text messages are covered by our separate SMS & Call Terms. Merely visiting this website or accepting these general terms does not enroll you in text messaging.
The driver application offers one optional, unchecked checkbox for recruiting calls and texts. You may submit an inquiry without selecting it and receive email follow-up. You can withdraw call or text consent using the methods in the SMS & Call Terms.
11. Website availability
Maintenance, technical issues, network conditions, or other circumstances may interrupt access or communications. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features. If a form does not work, contact us directly using the details below.
A change to website availability does not, by itself, cancel obligations under an existing written service agreement.
12. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms and will post the updated text with a revised date. The terms in effect when you use the website apply to that use, subject to any additional notice or acceptance required by law.
Updates do not retroactively change an existing signed agreement or expand communication consent you previously gave. Where additional consent is required, it must be obtained separately.
13. Applicable law and your rights
These terms are subject to applicable law and do not limit rights or protections that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A separate written agreement may specify the governing law and process for disputes concerning purchased services. These website terms do not add an arbitration requirement or a waiver of non-waivable rights.
